Sorry if this is a bit crass, but with this being a male dominated forum I thought it would be above board.

So I was wondering when you/someone else farts what do you like smell to be.

You can discuss if further if your mood/the company or environment you're in changes your opinion.

I like my farts to smell of butlers when in polite company.

I refer the honourable gentleman to the question I posed earlier.

If I can smell them I've never been able to categorise them, and assume that, given what I guess to be an evolutionary reason for perceiving ones own farts as less odourous than other people's, if I can smell my own, it must be a real honker.

i once farted in a lift and tried to mask it with some disinfectant the cleaner got in and said it smells like someone has shat a pine tree

After an attack of shingles I've been left with chronic rhinitis and can hardly smell anything whatever.

I went for 'curry', purely because it always amuses me how similar the smell is to the actual curry itself.
