C1: Richard Foster (sitting in the "champions chair" although he's the challenger) from Crowborough, East Sussex. He was blind from birth and is a piano tuner and a memebr of the Institute of Musical Instruments Technology. He is using a Braille machine situated on his lap to print out the selections. On the conundrum round, Richard will phoenetically pronounce the conundrum a second prior to it being revealed.


C2: Barry Grossman, champion (sitting in the "challenger's chair")! returns after yesterday getting the highest score of the series so far - 69, beating the previous 64. His scores to date have been 62, 48 and 49. He lives and works in London and is proud of his Glasgow roots.
