Thanks for the recap Kai. I hadn't thought of the Colley v Russell battle!
Is there anyway of getting a recording of your own show sent to you by ITV Yorkshire/ the Countdown team? Or do you have to get it yourself from the TV/internet?

Re: Monday 27th April 2009 (Series 60, Heat 57)
According to the subtitles, Gyles was actually trying "snogible" with only one phantom letter, and surely more as a "Jo Brand" word than a serious attempt? He did redeem himself (slightly!) with an instant spot of "mobiles" when he was told it was m not n.

Only because he had 'nobiles' as a backup word if 'snogible' wasn't valid.David Roe wrote:According to the subtitles, Gyles was actually trying "snogible" with only one phantom letter, and surely more as a "Jo Brand" word than a serious attempt?
