Seems a nice person, good debut. That was filmed after Stephen Fry got his knighthood so is this the first time that a Doctor and a Sir have appeared in the same episode?

Good to finally see an octochamp! Christine was a bit weak in the first game so I didn't have great hopes for her but once she settled in she was pretty good, although maybe could be more consistent!

Surely one of the contestants in one of Sir Tim Rice's 120 appearances must have had a PhD

We've certainly had Doctor/Dame before (Anne-Marie Imafidon/Prue Leith in Series 84), and Doctor/Honorary KBE Who Can't Technically Call Himself Sir (Alastair Armstrong/Magnus Magnusson, episodes 2243 and 2244)

Great debut by Tom, and some very good numbers solves. Congrats to Christine. :)

Just watched this episode, many similarities between Dr. Tom and Dr. Anne in terms of their habits and movements on-screen in placing the letters and numbers, although Dr. Tom definitely has the upper hand in terms of solving rounds.

Coincidentally, the target in R14 was 114 and the maximum at that point was also 114, not sure if anyone noticed ;)
