You can tell they'd only just invented the English language back then with MALTOSE and AMULETS requiring explanation.

I'm enjoying these old pared down episodes, It's funny the way most players won't even attempt a solution, if the numbers game is the slightest bit tricky.
These days there's far too much inane waffle, Nick's intro, the guest's anecdote and Susie's D.O.W., cut all this out and we could have another 3 rounds!

That last numbers solution was a split multiplication and a half!
Sorry to hear that about Richard Samson.
Also enjoying this, it seems to move so much faster than it does now.
