Spoilers For Monday March 1st 2010

Well, the start of a new month has begun, so let's put our best foot forward as we march through March.

Raheel Mirza is now the champ after deposing of footballer Clarke Carlisle on Friday, although judging by Clarke's performance on the pitch on Saturday, I think he'd better step away from the dictionary and concentrate on improving his tackling skills, if Burnley are to stay up this season.

Back in DC for the first time in nearly a year and a half is newsreader Nicholas Owen, a man involved with many of the big stories over the last 30 or so years, but who will be making the headlines today :?:

What a polite bunch of contestants today. Before every round they've said "Hi Rachel"...think they're star-struck :P

Anyway a simpler numbers is (7x4-10+1)x25+1.

Had 945 in the time (2 away) in Round 10:

(8-3)x7=35
25+3-1 = 27.

27x35=945.

How come the champ keeps "trying" these long words and they turn out to be simple ones like INTERNAL?

Hmmm.... 25x4x9 = 900 and then the 10 is found by doing 8+6/3.

What's this guy gonna do next, beat up a disabled baby?
If I suddenly have a squirming baby on my lap it probably means that I should start paying it some attention and stop wasting my time messing around on a Countdown forum

Why should you supress your personality to please someone who has never been on the show and only contribution to the forum has been to post really obvious beaters and to moan about the lack of buzzer sound on the conundrum on apterous and the occasion lack of subtitles on channel 4?

After all on a male dominated forum the attractiveness of a female should be a prominent issue.

Nah, I don't think he's that confident, I think he's worried about seeing phantom letters and stuff.
