Re: Neutral news
Hmm. Ben Shepherd is something of a charisma vortex, but I've never understood why people find Amanda Holden attractive; she looks like a fish (and not even an attractive fish, like a carp or a garpike - she's more like a cod) so I'm not sure what to make of this news.

I thought you were going to say she looked like an aholehole. That would be harsh. (Not that I know what one looks like.)JimBentley wrote:Hmm. Re: Neutral news
Oh. my. gosh.
I have just made a big mistake.
Actually, The Crystal Maze will be revived with her as host.
I'm sure the man who shall remain nameless will not be happy about that. Or, I'll just come right out and say his name. Dinos.
It sounds like ITV is going way downhill and have shot themselves in the foot about this.

Subtle jokes are the best kind, but the downside is sometimes they pass by without being recognized. I had to read this one of Matt's in Jason's other thread about 4 times before I finally got it!Marc Meakin wrote:Tilefish?

So Charlie's joke was actually quite good. But I don't think I will tell him that.[/Larsen]

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all -- especially to her.
Amanda may be a nice person after all!

And if the heat of your passion caused her botox-filled face to explode resulting in you accidently ingesting some of the botulinum toxin, you wouldn't be able to!Alec Rivers wrote:Well, I wouldn't kick her out of the bed if she farted.

Re: Neutral news
The implication that for Jason to 'take it from my husband' wouldn't be an improvement on his marital status. C'mon Marc you're normally quicker than that! Your mind must just be cleaner than mine!Marc Meakin wrote:Read it 5 times, still don't get itDerek Hazell wrote:Subtle jokes are the best kind, but the downside is sometimes they pass by without being recognized. Yeah, I got THAT joke, but I somehow thought there was a subtler joke hidden (possibly a drug reference)
