Re: CO:parkrun Recaps
I believe I was the only one mental enough to go out in this weather. Chris, Mike and Joe didn't and I don't think any other attendees regularly run them. About half the ones in Dublin cancelled cause of the wind and I was super lucky the one I picked didn't. Three unrelated countdowners at Warrington though!Gavin Chipper wrote: ↑Mon Oct 06, 2025 5:54 pm Did anyone parkrun at Dublin? It seems from Strava that Carey did Shanganagh. Any others?

Re: CO:parkrun Recaps
I should probably make an effort to update this one day given I know a few others have done marathons. I did another marathon earlier this month and got 2:57:04. Hopefully that will also get me into London 2027 (too late for next year).Gavin Chipper wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 1:15 pmSince this post from ages ago, Jonathan Rawlinson has done a time of 2:48:10, which I found on his Power of 10 profile page. I also did a marathon the other day in 2:59:40, so I've joined the sub-3 hour club. I'm sure lots (well some) of the other people on the parkrun PB list have done marathons too, so it might be worth me looking into it.Gavin Chipper wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 3:39 pm Apparently Jonathan Rawlinson did the London Marathon as well and absolutely smashed it in 2:58:36. 3. Gevin Chapwell - 3:09:16
4. Matt Bayfield - 3:09:22

There were people at Linford Wood and Jubilee, Bedford for MK. I think at Linford Wood it was me, Mike Springett and Samuel Louis. Jubilee was Dan Byrom, Thomas Carey, Bradley Horrocks and Fiona T. Anyone else?

2020-2022 - Callum Todd (6027 points)
2023 - Thomas Carey (5375 points)
2024 - Thomas Carey (7769 points)
From 2017 to 2019, the scoring range was between 0 and 100 points per parkrun rather than 0 and 1000.
Edited to add links to the results for each year.
I'll update the PB and age-graded lists in the near future as well.

Re: CO:parkrun Recaps
The PB list is now updated. Improvements from Jonathan Rawlinson, Paul Nixon, Thomas Carey, Matthew Tassier, Matt Gould, Adam Curran, Samuel Louis, Dave Robjohns, Jon O'Neill, Melody Coupe, Lauren Hamer, Tom Rowell, Adam Dexter (13). New to the list we have Steve Anderson, George Carey, Sheamol Obeda, James Haughton, Steven Harding (5). So quite a lot to update! I'll do the age-graded list at a later date soon and it should be my year's work done.
Also the median time on the list (43 out of 85) is 22:55, which is much quicker than your average parkrun time. Congratulations to Mr. Brittain...

I'll check it every so often to see if anyone's beaten their PB, and if anyone is really insistent that they don't want to be on the list, then I can remove their name. And if I've forgotten anyone, let me know and I can add them. This list is unlikely to be anywhere near exhaustive.
