Countdown repeats

Does Countdown still do early-morning repeats? I can't find them in the scheduler.

By morning repeats do you mean the 3am-ish ones on More4? http://www.tvguide.co.uk suggests they are still going (I think they're disguised as just the More4 'preview' stuff they shove on at that time in the morning on some schedules).

I don't see anything for the 5am-ish ones they used to do, though, but I don't remember seeing them for ages. (Although we haven't watched TV live for a couple of months now.)

Ah, cheers. Is that the episode from ~36 hours prior?

Usually ~12 hours in my experience, that's what it was last week when I was visiting the parents, at any rate.

I would rather have them air Richard Whiteley's repeats because I haven't seen them!

Why won't Granada sell Countdown to Challenge TV?

It's too expensive, Jason.

Has Granada taken that well, and can Challenge TV cope with it?

Terrestrial Channel 4, show repeats 2 days later, usually between 5.00am and 6.00am. For example Thursday 2nd October show, is being shown on Sunday 5th morning at 5.10am.

Be careful though when looking in the schedules, as listings for anything up to 6.00am are usually shown in the previous days schedules in the TV mags.

If any of the above suggestions don't work, there is also the option of watching the episodes online at Channel 4.com, but I'm not sure how long it takes for the current episode to appear online.

And Challenge TV feels neutral if they can't get the series!
