I don't buy one regularly. I'll read just about any newspaper I find lying around.

I heartily recommend dailymail.co.uk. It's fantastic.

I don't buy any newspapers to read, unless I haven't got anything else for a longish train journey, when I pick up something with a reasonable puzzle page.

I'm one of the reasons the newspapers are in such financial difficulties. I gave up buying the Independent after about 20 years of doing so, as it was costing me £500 a year. I now read it, the Telegraphs & Guardian/Observer online. I like a spread of views, so I can ignore them all.
Re: Which newspaper do you read?
I subscribe to The Times online version, and download the daily paper and The Sunday Times to my computer via the Press Reader program. When I used to have to go out and buy a paper (or rather, send out one of my kids!) I bought only the Saturday edition. Now I get the whole week's paper for only £2 a week, and can do the crosswords and codeword puzzles online as well as reading the updated stories.

There is a lot more content than other papers' websites since there has been a paywall. Although downloading the 'paper as printed' and reading offline is much easier than reading it online, where slow page loading can be a problem. I dunno, I just find turning a virtual page more satisying than simply clicking on articles I find interesting.
