Discuss anything that happened in recent games. This is the place to post any words you got that beat Dictionary Corner, or numbers games that evaded Rachel.
So, we have reached the pre-wedding nerves stage, which is slightly off-topic as this will have been recorded weeks in advance. Although, maybe to calm their nerves, Wills & Kate might want to watch her Maj's favourite daytime TV show just to pass the time away.
They could be in for a treat too as Scott Robson is showing good form in his 2 games so far. 197 points proves otherwise, but can he make it 3 on the spin today
Richard Whiteley used to say that the Queen watched, so hopefully she will see today's - a more interesting game than
tomorrows (perhaps).
I hope she will not be upset by Scott being vulgar again.
Scott's oponent today has had 2 shows of watching to work out
his tactics to beat him. More pressure for the challenger to win as he knows that if he wins 5 he will
have to play his best mate in game 6. Watch and enjoy!

Roger's tactics of taking a big block of consonants first is paying off.
His hesitence on the numbers was caused by him not being used to
writing the solution down (he didn't) and then forgetting what he had done.
Other ways (25+10) * 7 + 1 or (25 * 7) + (8*10) - (10-1) etc
Not sure why DC did so badly in Round 13. There were some 7s too - eg PLAINED and DEPLANE
Roger says he went off on tangents on 2nd and 3rd numbers games. Normally he is good
at the numbers. We think nerves got to him. Looking forward to seeing his second outing tomorrow.
I was a bit surprised by Scott's change in form. Pretty classy in his first game, and not very impressive in this one, missing obvious numbers and words. A shame, as I liked him as a contestant.
