We end this week with Joe McGonigle in what could be his penultimate game of the prelim run. Can he get a 7th win? He probably has some work to do to be able to improve on his number four seed, but we'll see. And we also end the week with a new guest in Dictionary Corner, comedienne and the queen of Pussie Rot herself, Jo Brand.
Join...Thomas for the recap later? I think? I never know 100% what's going on with recent Fridays.

They were STEAM and FEAST (not sure which way round) .

In ODE2 yes but not ODE3.
PRESIDED in round 7, PARISONS and ARSONIST in round 8
Edit: Haha, I did the exact same as Greg in round 10. Hope that's not decisive.

Just noticed that Joe missed AILERON in round 5 but played it later in round 11.
Wonder if DC did actually mention it at the time (but it got cut for one of Jo's stupid words) and Joe sponged it.

Coincidently the answer to OAFVIRTUE was similar to today's Sprint final of DCDL, one of the conundrums was VADERESOIF = DEFAVORISE .
@ Andy to confirm round 2 Joe declared FEAST and Greg declared STEAM.
Well done Joe, hard luck Greg - don't know where Joe got that final surge to get past Greg
