Hi everyone

I'm sorry I haven't been around in a while. There has been a lot of bad news lately. Understandably, I was devastated to hear about things like the death of Bob Holness and Whitney Houston and Europe's cold spell.

Then I realized that I should think more positively and talk to people if I am feeling down. Life goes on.

I have seen Nick Hewer on Countdown. I don't think he is as good as some of the other Countdown hosts but he is certainly better than Des Lynam. That doesn't stop me from watching the show though.

So, I hope Europe gets warmer soon enough and I will keep in touch.

Thanks Jason. Good to hear from you - some of us wondered where you had got to when we met at Colin! Look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome back Jason. The weather here has indeed been tragic, but things are looking up.
