So, we now enter the interesting phase of the series.

After a mixed start, Kirsten pulled out all the stops by the end of yesterday's show to win convincingly. I think she is definitely in with a shout of squeezing into the finals mix, with the side effect of having to be involved in the finals possibly on the same recording. But, let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet, as she still has to win another week's worth of shows yet before she's even into consideration.

As I mentioned yesterday, if Kirsten loses today, then we don't have to worry about Series placement for the rest of the series, as it will be all done and dusted. Although, I do hope that's not the case.

Very dramatic stuff, great comeback from the challenger. Think she was 27 points behind at one point and if this is the case, this is the joint biggest comeback of the series (Carl Williams also came back from 27 points down to win his second game). Sorry to see Kirsten go though.

No they didn't mention it, other than in R11, where it was given as slang for a toilet.

I was sad that Kirsten lost too, but it was an impressive comeback by Phyllis.

MIXTURE in round 7, DRAWEES in round 8, ICONISES in round 9 and HABITUE and LIQUATE in round 13.
