So, we're into a new week, and yet again, we might have a new octochamp too, with the "controversial" Carl Williams now at the halfway stage, which of course would mean that he could be an octochamp on Thursday, making it 6 in a row for octochamps who started their run on a Tuesday
Bringing some magic back into DC this week is our favourite master magician, Paul Zenon.

That seems to make 272, or am I missing something (which judging by my mess up of today's duel I may well be)?
I had 6*8 = 48 -9 -1 =38 *7 = 266 -8 =258, but not in anything like the 30 secs (or 45 secs if you're called Carl)

Well, it was a stinky one, I only just about got to 263. That and the conundrum really ruined my game today.

I got to 256 quickly 8*8(9+1-6) but then got stuck. Dead end.
