Into the midweek we arrive with a new champion, who definitely impressed us all with his solve in the 2nd numbers game yesterday. Carl Williams occupies the champions' chair today, hoping to win and hopefully improve on his 96 points he got yesterday. Can he complete his objectives today

Carl must have eaten too much lunch or something to cause him to miss those numbers. The easy way on the last one was 100 - 25 x 10 + 4 + 2 but it took me 29 seconds to spot it even.

If you type the solution into a calculator in that order you don't get -144 - you only get -144 if you are a BODMAS enthusiast!
