Reccommend shows to apply for
Being the attention seeking twit that I am, I want to appear on this year too.
Do any of you have any suggestions of things I could apply for?

You could try this. I've applied but haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Or this but it's only a pilot so it won't be shown on TV.

Crimewatch
Re: Reccommend shows to apply for
I have a pretty poor general knowledge, so something top end like university challenge would be out of the question. I've sent off for weakest link, although apparently its finishing for good soon, so I wouldn't rate my chances highly. I applied for crimewatch but failed the audition.
Edit: And thanks for the links, Karen.

You must be one of the few remaining people on this forum who hasn't yet appeared on Pointless. Give it a go, it's fun. And now that it's gone permanent they'll be looking for lots of contestants.

If you're good at singing, medium, or bad, then X-Factor might be worth a go.

Pointless requires me to have a partner though, and I don't have any friends.

Thanks for the link, Karen. Might not have helped out Jack, but certainly helped me out.Karen Pearson wrote:You could try this. I've applied but haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Re: Reccommend shows to apply for
Not yet, but I only sent my form off on Saturday, and there's still just over a month to the closing date, so I've certainly not given up hope yet.Karen Pearson wrote:Have you heard anything back from them James? I haven't.
