Project 150: complete

(Given that of the three I haven't got, two are impossible to get over 150 and the other one hasn't had a max anywhere near 150 yet)

Use the Print Screen key to take a screenshot, which you can then save somewhere on your computer. I then whipped out an image editor to crop it down to the relevant bit (although you probably already knew how to do that bit).

To upload it I have a gmail account which comes with webspace where I can host images, but there are places like photobucket (amongst others) which let you upload images too. Once you've uploaded something there, you just have to take the image's url and paste it here with [img][ /img] tags around it.

Went out the other night, ventured to the touch machine in SPOONS, whilst I was pretty Drunk. Forced some old college pals to watch me on words soup, and I got to a no words remaining, including spotting KORUNA.

This number 1 spot has been held by Chris Davies for *ages* (not sure how long - Charlie?) and I've finally got it - well happy as he was miles ahead at one point and I thought it'd take years to catch him.

I had a go on the old Countdowner's favourite Hex Appeal the other day and came across 2 Countdowny words:

Types of Cocktail: Negroni
Food: Romaine Lettuce

Embarrassingly I lost on the latter

I think my best ever numbers solve is worthy of appearing in this thread:

Round 14

although missing Kagouls/Cagoule in consecutive rounds was perhaps less boastworthy.

Jack Hurst eat your heart out:

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=10ql81s&s=7

(I don't know how to upload pics and I can't find Matt's help).

This would have beaten Chris' quickest conundrum attack of 20.4 seconds as this was 17.4 seconds. I'd have smashed my record too as I was slightly behind Adam on the 3 I missed. Sadly this was only a practice game too :(

Edit: If it's small click on the image to make it bigger, then on the bigger (but still small image) right click and click "view image". It makes it bigger again.

Yeah, he didn't explain it very well. img tags will only work around urls that are image files (so will end in .jpg or something). For your link you need to right-click and select "copy image location", that then gives you http://oi53.tinypic.com/10ql81s.jpg which you can tell is an image by the .jpg at the end. Stick that between img tags to get the picture to appear here.

Edit: But I'm not going to do that because it's fucking huge.

I've never got so many sub second conundrums. Chris' record for speediest 20 is when they were all (or mostly) talcs too and it's still impressive.

Better than Rex again! I've also got my highest ever rating - 2200. I can't help but think how much higher it'd be if RB didn't make me lose like 50 rating points. I also broke my highest score in goatblitz, getting a lovely max:

I think Larsen also beat Rex that night so it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Quite why you then had to put all the contents of The Sanctum onto Gandiseeg just to make it look like Larsen didn't beat you is beyond me though.

I'm with Kirk on this one.

The spurious RB games should be excluded from anything they adversely affect as they were obtained by cheating.

How the Kirk-Jason head to head can be left to read 8-1 is beyond me.

But then people also say it's retarded to write passwords down, and given the number of accounts people have on the internet, unless you're memory man, yo uhave to either reuse passwords or write them down. Or both. :D

Yeah, I save everything on Firefox. SO that's not perfect, but a million times better than one password for all. The only thing I have to do is trust anyone who uses my PC, which I do. (Though, if I didn't, I'd just use a master password on Firefox to control all the sub-passwords.)
