Hi everyone,
Do any of you know how you can get bronze, silver, gold and normal pencils (on Apterous)? Just curious.

There is a Pencil Thread already and in answer to your question: pencils are for words that are declared as a max for the first time in anything other than English, bronze pencils for the same but in English and I'm not too sure but I think silver pencils are awarded for the new words from the new dictionary (again, given for being declared as a max for the first time). Don't think a new thread was really necessary though for this, you could have easily found out in aptochat and suchlike.

Perhaps we should also have threads to explain to people not on apterous what apterous is, what a max is, what aptochat is etc. I'm sure they'll be really interested to know.

But I just realised, if they are not on Apterous, why would they need to know?
