Watching or participating? I voted as the former.

Where the hell is darts? Sort it out. Now.

Watching: Darts or Snooker (but as a last resort).
Participating: None from the list above, but I did enjoy playing Badminton at school.

Formula One - I normally win playing along at home as well.

Watching: I went for football, despite being tempted to put tennis by that awesome final

I've been watching Major League Baseball for about 9 years now, I always feel it's very involving, like a whole world of its own and you can just get lost in it, like escapism. So I'll just pick my favourite from the actual list, which is not that easy.

In the absence of hot oil wrestling, I went for football.

Totally football - it's about the only sport where I can sit down and watch the whole game even when I don't really care who wins. Well, I quite like watching snooker too, but it's not quite as engaging.

Ladies golf is also surprisingly watchable at times.

Sepak Takraw and Chinlone.

Maybe tennis after the final on Sunday.

I occasionally watch Snooker, regularly watch boxing and stuff that's fighting arts related. Got bored by F1 but I sometimes do watch the start then go back for the last few minutes. Got a bit bored by football too, I'd sooner go outside and play it. Often just watch the second half. Saw Andy Murray and most of the tennis final. That was a great final for sure.
