The week has come and gone, but one person who has come, but still not gone is Daniel Pati.

An impressive 5th win yesterday has seen him reach the #5 spot on the leaderboard at the moment. No doubt a certain Scotsman will he hoping he doesn't topple him at the top of the leaderboard come next Tuesday.

I'll leave you in the capable hands of Mike for the recap later.

Seems like it's the Irish bunch around these days.

Well played again Daniel.

Very well done again, Daniel. Hopefully octochampdom beckons. ;) :) :D

LORDSHIP was a brill spot in round 12, although I matched it with SHIPLOAD.

TRIBADE in round 4, GAMIEST in round 7 and INFLAME in round 11.

1st Round Alt.: (50 x 7) + ((10 + (4 / 4)) x 3) = 383

1st numbers i did:

50-(3x4)x10=380
380+(7-4)=383

either way pretty straightforward and both missed it.

"A certain Scotsman"s dad is convinced his son will be #2 seed very shortly

LOURDANS as a beater in round 2 and PIERCERS/REPRICES as beaters in round 3. On 14/14 maxes and I bottle the conundrum - as always.

Excellent performance again Daniel - let's hope you win the last 2.

haha yep this certain scotsman is watching closely lol. Thing is as long as i'm there for the quarters i'll be delighted, and if ur going to win the series (not that i'm saying i will) seedings dont particularly matter as everyones there for a reason so u need to beat whoever comes in front of u :)

I think the number 1 seed in this series is going to have a significant advantage as they wont have to play anybody of the tep three until the final. But you never know, we could have a situation where somebody seeded lowly is actually one of the best players, so I may live to see my point get squashed.

Peter Godwin dicks on everyone in this series. He's the real winner.
