Years ago, as a team building exercise at work, we had to do a 'Rosy Glow Sheet'. It's simple enough - all you do is write something nice about the person who posts above you. It made everyone feel valued and appreciated, and really helped the team gel.

There's an outrageously sentimental email story about someone who did something similar and then died, and it was produced at the funeral, blah blah blah. Please don't die, everyone posting here. I never want to be part of one of those emails.

Anyway, please write something really nice about the person posting above (sorry you've got to start with me but hopefully it'll take off after that). It'll be nice having to counteract all the recent animosity.

Karen is a lovely lady whose presence at CO-events is always welcomed. She always wants the best out of people and wants us boys to stop arguing.

Kirk is a really friendly guy, who always follows what his own mind tells him and is welcoming to other people, whoever they may be.

Derek is a witty forumite and also seems quite humble, which is not a bad atribute.

Derek always means well and his hit-rate with successful jokes is probably at least as high as mine.

Edit: fuck, ninja'd. Marc has gone up a lot in my opinion lately, and often uses full stops correctly.

Charlie has a very nice duffel coat.

If the stills at the end of this are anything to go by, Andy has the most extraordinarily blue eyes. And even if they're enhanced, he's still a handsome guy.

Phil seems a sensitive, kind, and thoughtful guy. Once, when I was embroiled in a rather negative debate with some of the others on the forum, he went to the trouble of stepping in to put my mind at rest just when I needed it.

Alec can be very witty and his posts often make me laugh. It was a pleasure meeting him recently Also, if you haven't checked out his Countdown theme mix, do, as it's a peach!

Lesley is just the most kindest, most loveliest and most thoughtful woman I know.

Like me, James Doohan came to this thread hoping for pictures of Rosy Glow. Unlike me, James Doohan didn't genuinely know someone called Rosy Box at school.

Since obviously nobody else can find ANYTHING positive to say about MWM, I'll go.

I am envious of his facial hair growing abilities.

Jon Corby is very good at Visual Basic.

When I play Jon Corby on Apterous, it pleases me to be up against such a successful man.

I don't know much about Ian Dent, but somebody told me he is wonderful, and when I have occasionally been on Apterous he has seemed quite amusing.

Davy is very loyal to his colleagues, so good to have around when they're under pressure.

Derek is a nice guy and I'm glad he's started posting again.

Jon Corby's posts are often very clever and amusing (dammit! ).

Julie can do empathy.

Ralph is my favourite Jeff Burgin fan.

Ian looks better than me in rugby gear.
