Broken back.

Interview with Dermot Murnaghan last month.

That is one of the best things I've ever heard. I like the way he properly BELIEVED at the start and then (presumably based on the interviewer's reaction) backed down a bit later, describing how his doctor said that his back "is broken slightly", which could easily have just been intended to mean "not working 100%".

Yeah, he did before the Lennox Lewis fight. That interview seems a little more premeditated but is quite good nonetheless for that moment.

I recommend the program 'Tyson Raw + Uncut' showing on ESPN Classic, which chronicles every one of Tyson's fights.
