I'm afraid under Ian's regime you can't do that. So I'll nominate it for you.Kirk Bevins wrote:I'd like to nominate my own game.
Thanks mateCharlie Reams wrote: I'm afraid under Ian's regime you can't do that. So I'll nominate it for you.
Hey this game is really great!
Rubbish. It'd be much better if it was a letters attack.Charlie Reams wrote:I'm afraid under Ian's regime you can't do that. So I'll nominate it for you.Kirk Bevins wrote:I'd like to nominate my own game.

The question is: Did Ben get anything in the inventory for five 9's in a row?!?!?!

Haha. In Texas Hold 'Em, two nines is sometimes called German Virgin.Ben Wilson wrote: 3 ambulances.I was thinking of suggesting something for 4 nines in a row, maybe an 'Angry German' (nein! nein! nein! nein! etc), but then I thought 'nah, no one will ever get something like that'. Oh well.
Is this volte-face by any chance related to the fact that you have in fact nominated yourself?Ian Dent wrote:I love the new system. Self-fradulation is allowed now for sure.
I'm not sure if that's a good idea. One may be deterred from nominating a game they think deserves mention but is not their favourite. It also favours games played earlier in the week as they have more opportunities to gain nominations. I don't think there's anything wrong with the final vote being apterous based, but it should be kept separate from the nominations.Ian Dent wrote:Are multiple nominations going to be used as a means of voting?
Yep. The voting will take place on the site but will be separate from the number of nominations.Simon Myers wrote:I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
