I wonder if Andrew was thinking of risking FANNIER in round 6.

Agh, I just lost out playing along! Saw ENCORED, MASTODON, then DEPLANE in r9 but I was going for dharmas* in the ASHAMED rd, and horribly, DHARMA is valid only in the singular so I lost on conundrum, 94-96.

It's textbook stuff from Andrew so far, but I'd be willing to bet that there's far better to come. Another coy mention of apterous at the end too.
I wonder what it would cost to buy one-tenth of a second of advertising space on Channel 4, and just flash up "apterous.org" for a twentieth of a second during the first and second ad breaks? Although they probably only sell it in ten-second blocks or something, the greedy spoilsports.

Eileen seemed really pleased for Andrew which was nice, gutted for her missing sunbathed though!.
What has happened to the wardrobe budget? Rachel has worn that dress loads!

It always seems silly to me that female presenters are expected to have different clothes every day. No one would comment that Jeff was wearing the same suit.

If a man had said it it would have been a bit sexist

Er...isn't this July?
Would MOONDUST have been allowed in rd 2?

I was delighted to spot mastodon, so well done to whoever else spotted it, you've spoilt my moment of glory.
Andrew's looking pretty hot at the conundrums (though today's was piss easy), I wonder if he'll do an Innis and get the first 7 before Damian thwarts him at the end.

Ha, it would be superb of all TV advertising was like this. I imagine we'd see all sorts of esoteric stuff due to it a) being cheaper, and b)targeted at the assorted weirdos who'd actually make the effort to slow it down. Although maybe a wider audience could be achieved by splicing in some porn now and again.

Well done Andrew - a very confident performance today.
