ENDOCARP in round 12 and FOETID in round 9 (not FETOID Howard ) Also toyed with sticking the R in CONFINES in round 6 to make the agent noun but CONFINERS^ is a no-go. Last numbers game is possible but super-devilish

DC beater: MUNTJACS (One of the early rounds). They are small deer and we get them in the woods round here (but a lot of people think they are incredibly fast-moving dogs!).

Sanctum was there in that round as well which some of the better forumites might have seen but I'd wager most of them won't.
