Countdown goofs/outtakes

Okay, I have started a new thread for these as I know some people like this kind of thing, and that way they can all be gathered in the same place.
I have just seen the end of "All New TV's Naughtiest Blunders 21" on an old videotape, and they showed a clip of Richard Whiteley saying:
"So, next time on Countdown, Dick will be here, and uh actually . . . we have all the Dicks actually, because there's a Dick here, real name's Richard, and the Richard Whiteley, and there'll be a Richard Stilgoe. So, er there's a real trio of Dicks next time."

Great stuff. I wonder: did they have another gag ready to go if RW had noticed that there was only two vowels in the last letters, or was that not the rule at the time?

Perhaps the stray P could have been swapped out for an O, leaving KNACKERS and KNOCKERS?

And I think there should only be one K in the pack. I think RW twigged something was up part of the way into the game as Richard really couldn't believe Richard Max's idiocy.

Many thanks again to Jeff Wharton for donating this. My favourite bit has got to be at the very start of part 4 where the contestant buzzed in during the clock. Richard's expression is priceless.
