Ran The Man Conquers Everest

Post by Allan Harmer »

I would just like to propose that DC guest Sir Ranulph Fiennes deserves huge praise for becoming the oldest Briton to conquer Mt Everest at the age of 65.

This is a monumental achievement for someone who has undergone major heart surgery.

Congratulations Sir Ranulph! - You have proved once again that you are still 'The Man'

I personally look forward to hearing of this exploit on a future DC slot.

For him to outdo Brian Blessed is quite an achievement!

There is a new hour-long interview with forum favourite Ranulph Fiennes on BBC4 on Saturday. It is one of the Mark Lawson Talks to . . . series, which is of excellent quality, and leaves such overrated buffoons as Parkinson standing.
Living life in a gyratory circus kind of way.
