I have resurrected this teatime teaser alphabet as an alternative to my usual 9 letter anagrams . Most of these are fairly recognisable and are of moderate difficulty so no cheats please . There are a whopping 52 eight letter anagrams with no clues unfortunately (it would take me forever!) with 2 anagrams for each letter of the alphabet.

Beware because there are 5 anagrams which are mixed up as proper words e.g. number 1 to 5, so do not confuse them for the legitimate 52 words

Please restrict yourselves to answering a few anagrams because it is a team effort and not a one man show .
