I completely messed up in the 30 seconds, thought 7 x 23 was 171, instead of 161.

There was a line of contestants watching this game in the front of the audience and of the beaters pointed out here I think we missed URIDINE and LAAGERED. LAAGERED did come up a day or so ago but this was all our first day on set so...
Both the numbers were spotted and I got to inform Carol of how I solved one of them via another contestant (who I kept telling not to say anything) via Dudley, the warm-up act.
Dave Reed was really nervous and while it didn't show too much he did have it bottled up inside. He was really unlucky to draw the first game of the day and had he had a chance to settle he may have done better. He certainly came up with some great words during the games he was watching afterwards. Obviously, I have always understood this dynamic of appearing on the program but I never really appreciated until my own appearance.
CRINGE MODE set to OVERLOAD for tomorrow !! Particularly when my house is going to packed full of family and friends who plan to watch the show at 3:25 have some party type snacks and then ... errr umm... watch the bloody thing again on C4+1.
Seriously, beam me up, Scotty.
