For this last one I've found NELLIE KIM from google and all the references spell her name with 6 letters. I've decided to put NELLY KIM but I'm not sure this is right. Can anyone confirm her name is also NELLY KIM?

I don't know a great deal about trees (I thought you did Kirk!?) but I seem to remember it being a hardwood and it was the first that came to me that fits the gaps.

Thanks, Michael. I hadn't read your post. Neither had I read the last bit of Kirk's post. I'd only read the clues. Maybe I should read more thoroughly before replying.
