1) I.H.A.N.J (countdown show)

4) A.F.A.G (apterous)

The 4th is not an acronym.

You could a competition where instead of guessing a quote already said, you could take an usual Countdown word and see who can come up with the best sentence for the acronym :D like in the game Acrophobia.
