That first numbers could be done more easily with 75×8-7+100/25 = 597.

Also in the 690 round the challenger did the classic 5×50/25 to make a 10 instead of 50/5.

Numbers trick you sometimes. TBH it took me 20 seconds to spot the 75*8 route.

That's the way I did it too.

p.s. anyone else notice the backhander Rachel gave Megel when he chose 4 large in the 1st numbers:
"Your favourite that you've prepared for, and we've seen evidence of that now"

Me too. Also, absolutely no offence to anyone who might be reading this of course, but as the challenger had already beaten Megel with 4L in rounds 3 and 9, it did seem a strange decision not to choose it for R14!
