Hello and welcome to another fun and action packed Monday recap !
Both contestants were returning contestants, with Faraday having appeared in Series 29 and Davids in Series 70.
Todays challenger is a familiar face..........who was on Crimewatch most wanted last week ! Brett lost his 4th game to the eventual series 70 runner up Andy Naylor. His occupation as a dentist can only mean one thing.... will Brett be telling the tooth at tooth hurty..............or will he will be filling his time in with lots of practice or bracing the challenge of reapplying for Countdown? Will he sink his teeth into our champion Angus ? as he makes his bid for glory ? Other than that Brett supports some silly football team called Nottingham Forest.........I am wondering if his favourite player is Stuart Pearce aka Psycho !

As with the previous game - a double century was achieved, therefore creating the first instance in which back-to-back preliminary games resulted in a double century scoreline and the twelfth overall (the previous eleven occurrences being in finals, specials or CoC matches).
Another epic game I have just seen, it is so sad that somebody has to lose, firstly congratulations to Brett on his first win I have a feeling that we may see Brett over the coming days, secondly take nothing away from Angus he will be happy with his 3 wins and the teapot and a possible place in the Series 92 finals.............however he had the last laugh by solving the conundrum and walking away with a rather respectable 100 points...you can join me for the recap...........that's a wrap folks !
