My method for the last numbers game (seen only just within the time):
75 × 3 + 7 + 100 ÷ 50 − 25

Not sure whether Rachel was just showing off....

I think every 10 numbers games or so, you can expect Rachel Riley to go for the unusual numbers method instead of the normal method. Happens time and time again every series since 10 years ago.
