Listening to Classic FM though it probably didn't exist in 1982 (last year I was a teenager)
I only started putting it on for the dogs at bedtime but when I wake up and come downstairs I don't turn it off for several hours.
Though it is to classical music what heart is for 80s pop.

I used the Essex County Council website to report a pothole the other day. No way back from that, it's over.

Also, I eat mustard now, and de-escalate rather than escalate. Beyond that, my life is worryingly similar to what it was then. Eep.

Do anything to avoid bending down.
Slip on shoes
Use my air frier rather than bend down to use the oven
(until I move to a home with an eye level oven)
Fall asleep at any time of the day.
Going to bed before midnight, sometimes before 10pm

Staying in instead of going to the pub. Eating asian food. Can't think of much else.

Enjoyed the British Quizzing championship at the weekend regardless of only getting 88 out of 200 right
