Apterous game for sale?

Not being a computer expert, but would it be possible to buy this as a separate PC game (game against bots) on ebay etc?
Or are there technicalities etc that can only be done online, or is it a case of copyright etc?
This game is much better than the DVD version, I would willingly pay upto £25 for it as a PC game.
