Off the subject of Countdown I would like to pay tribute to a truly remarkable lady who was a big part of most childhoods and teendom in the 1970s. Singer and actress Dame Olivia Newton John who sadly died at the age of 73 after a long and hard battle with breast cancer.

Another good win for Quinn and one step closer to octochamp glory, a good score tomorrow will make him the 2nd seed of this series but not enough to catch the current no1 seed Edward Byrne.......A brave performance from Jacqueline but it was not enough to match the prowess of Quinn......tune into the show tomorrow and see if Quinn achieves octochamp glory.....in the meantime bye for now !!!
