Wow, having started reading the Unresolved Mysteries thread on Reddit during Lockdown, I learnt about this case and it is rather intriguing. 3) Lillian Priest (b. 07/11/1908) and Gwen Moore (b. 27/11/1911) to become the first siblings ever known to both be living supercentenarians. There are two known cases of two siblings each reaching 110+, but never simultaneously alive. What's more interesting is that they live in separate countries (Britain and Australia) - Lillian is the oldest known person in the UK, and Gwen is in the top ten in Australia. Pretty impressive.
4) On that note, Albano (b. 14/12/1909) and Alberto (b. 02/12/1911) Andrade to become the first ever known brother supercentenarian pair. First and third oldest known men in Portugal, sure is some good genetics they have. This requires Alberto to reach December 2nd - it'd be nice for them to be simultaneously living but I'm not including this as a caveat.

6) Serena Williams to finally get her 24th grand slam singles title, having been trying for so long.
7) Pope Benedict XVI to die. 94 in April and supposedly quite frail, though religious folk do seem to have a tendency to stick around for a very long time.

9) A new development to happen in relation to the Andrew Gosden disappearance.
And finally...
10) Me to get a first in my degree (you know, hope and that...)
I realise that three of my predictions require people to die (should have participated in the deaths prediction game) and some of these are also probably rather unlikely and more hope than actual belief. Hoping to beat my score of 4 for last year, though
I think I can actually count this as an accurate prediction if it turns out to be genuine, since it seems like the men were apprehended in December of 2021. I hope he's found alive, but not sure he'll necessarily be "safe and well" if he's been in some depraved trafficking ring all this time - that's going to need some pretty intense therapy, if he ever recovers from the trauma (assuming of course this is a genuine lead - there was some "lead" on Madeleine McCann that got a lot of publicity and eventually came to nothing, so I'm not too optimistic yet.
