I was all ready to jump in with a That's Not How This Works, but to my surprise it turns out that multiple ISP subscribers sharing the same public IPv4 address at the same time is in fact a thing which is/has been used by some ISPs.

It's a much-criticised technology (someone else downloads something illegal, the police show up at your door) and it seems to be used mainly on mobile networks rather than home internet connections. So while I can't outright call this a lie, I can certainly roll my eyes in a cynically disbelieving way.

I suggest you stop continuing this, take a long break from the forum, and come back when you've matured - it's a pity because you clearly have an interest in the game, but lack the level of maturity required on an online forum.
