Calling all Welsh Countdown fans

Post by Charlie Reams »

I've been contacted by a reporter from the Western Mail (a national newspaper in Wales) who wants to talk some Welsh Countdown fans about Carol's departure. If anyone is interested in talking to him, and is Welsh or can do a comedy Welsh accent, let me know and I'll send you his details.

I thought this was going to be a proposal to have Countdown in Welsh....

"I have a nine, Jeff

LLWYNGWYL"

or perhaps not.....

I think that would only be 8 - "LL" a letter in its own right, it just doesn't have a single letter symbol.

Or does that count as nitpicking? :)
