It's a Bank Holiday Monday, but luckily Countdown stops for nothing (except for horse racing and the upcoming Paralympics.....), but we have a full week of word/numbers action ahead.

Martin Hurst managed to survive a real test on Friday from Alan Gillies to wrap up his 2nd win, and will be hoping to win all 5 shows this week to get up to a magnificent 7.

Gloria Hunniford is in DC all this week.
