In his debut yesterday, Matthew Tassier has proven that he can play Countdown better than Keith Kan. In MY debut as a spoiler thread starter, I ask the usual rhetorical question: Can he pull off another victory today?

(75-3-3)×(10-4)+4=418.
For the other numbers I was outside the time but had the alternative (9+7+9)×8+8+3=211.

REALISED in same letters round.
(9*9-8)*3-8 is a nice solution for the other numbers.
Two very solid performances from Matthew, well done!

Thanks Martin, (9*9*8-8-7)/3 is also neat, but 6 weeks out of time.

Yet another way to 211 is (9+9+8+3)x7+8 but out of time too.
