Actually, I have a GCSE business studies exam coming up and PENETRATION pricing is business terminology I need to familiarise myself with. Therefore, that is why I have added it and not due to some of my "warped" thoughts

Here is the first proper hyperconundrum by myself for forumites to get their teeth stuck into . There are 23 twelve letter conundrums to solve and apologies if these have been done by anyone before. There is no conundrum for X, Y and Z - for obvious reasons
