Farewell to c4countdown

As Derek's new forum has already been mentioned, I wondered about bothering with this thread. However, I'd like to feel that this departure is final, and so a farewell thread seemed in order. I'll keep it short and sweet.

There are many aspects of Charlie's forum that I like, chatting about Countdown and apterous, which is why I stuck around after previous fallings out, but now I've simply had enough of the vicious comments and outright bullying from certain members ("it's only a joke! " ).

I'm sure that many of you will be pleased that I'm going. However, I hope that I will be conversing with some of the more pleasant members on Derek's forum.

I do enjoy playing on it, but I'll probably give it a rest till I get back off holiday in June.
I'll avoid the chat section, which sometimes gets a bit nasty too, but will chat with people I'm playing on it.
