If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?

I went the 99x4 + 75 route, which is clearly more exciting

(6-1) * 75 = 375
375 + 100 = 475
8 / 2 = 4
475 - 4 - 471

Yes you can Karen. Some recap recognition for that coming up. Can anyone tell me if the first numbers is possible and also point me towards the recap writer please.

Thanks Dinos. I shall be moving into a permanent home again in July when, with any luck, I will discover which box I packed my dictionary in!

Bit surprised that it's two days before the quarter-finals start and there's still (as far as I've seen?) been no mention of this on the show - I'd've thought they would have said something at the start of this week at least...

Or have they actually mentioned it and I just missed it? If so, egg on face

No egg on face. I'm sure the finals have not yet been mentioned. Maybe there'll be a brief mention at the end of today's programme. I seem to remember that RW used to mention the forthcoming finals many times in the weeks leading up to them.

Yes, strange that they only give the viewing public one day's notice now that the finals are about to start - and, like Howard, I remember it being different in Richard's day... so, has there never been any advance notice in the series that Des O has presented?
