apterous resting

Something bad seems to have happened to the power supply at Apterous Towers. I'm working on it.

Have you tried working beside it? That usually makes it easier to reach.

Is that like Corby Towers, except it doesn't really exist?

Sorry darling. I'm sure others noticed it so I still feel good that I actually mentioned it even if I didn't text you.

Looks like the butler's unplugged the server again so that the staff can get on with cleaning Apterous Towers.

Charlie's been informed.

It might be up and down a lot in the next few hours while I try to figure out what the hell. It seems like some kind of hardware failure.

So it seems the server has suffered a fairly serious failure, and will no longer switch on. It may have to be completely replaced, which would be fairly expensive Christmas present :( No data will be lost though, the disks are fine.

About time you asked us all for some more money then!!! I'm sure no-one will object.
