Micheal (according to his nameplate, so you've gotta assume that's how he spells it) is a chef from Cardiff whose favourite place is Stonehenge. Facing him today is Andrew Hulme, who you'll probably recognise from apterous, Countdown Series 42, Countdown Junior Championship... oh right, yeah. He's an Economics student at Warwick University, and is a dab hand at snooker, cricket and poker but not driving. Jeff points out that Micheal also likes a bit of poker and suggests a game a bit later.
Enjoy the show.

Well judging by this, I'll back Andrew in the poker match - Micheal had "WHEE! I'VE GOT A NINE" written all over his face for most of the 30 seconds
Great start by both players.

Lightning spot by Andrew to seal a very impressive debut (oh, right) win, just a point shy of Hamish's record. It's not often a player loses with a century score in the heats, so you've gotta say that Micheal's pretty unlucky, especially when you consider that he's playing someone who's been on bef... oh yeah, sorry.
