Dream Game
As a companion to the Contestants You'd Like To See Given Another Go thread, who would be the contestants in your dream game? It can be sensible (Conor vs. Kai or Eoin vs. Callum), silly (Hamish Williamson vs. Dundas Keating), or obvious (Amey Deshpande vs. Joseph Bolas or the Charlie Reams/Junaid Mubeen decider). Just like real dreams really. If dreams are real.

Agreed.Steve Durney wrote:Susie Dent v Rachel Riley - Strip Countdown
I reckon Susie against one of the champs (Kirk etc.) could be pretty exciting- I think it would be a pretty good idea to have a Countdown special where Susie takes on a different champion/runner-up etc. each round, with Rachel facing off against numbers specialists such as Junaid in the numbers.

It might finally put to rest the idea that Susie doesn't get any of the words herself, although I think putting anyone against Kirk would probably be fairly unflattering.Jeffrey Burgin wrote:Agreed.Steve Durney wrote:Susie Dent v Rachel Riley - Strip Countdown

Have Damian presenting the show, Susie takes over Rachel's job. Get Alison Heard in for Susie and have Chris Kamara in Dictionary Corner.
Surely the perfect show

Harvey Freeman vs Julian Fell
My dream opponent would be Allan Saldhana, but I'd probably spend the whole show just sitting there silently in awe.

Ok, a slightly inebriated Susie against an absolutely hammered Kirk just to spice things up a bit.Charlie Reams wrote:It might finally put to rest the idea that Susie doesn't get any of the words herself, although I think putting anyone against Kirk would probably be fairly unflattering.

Re: Dream Game
This would be my dream finals:
Quarters
DoD v Sudbery (Sudbery to win)
Matthew Green v Kirk (Green to win)
Richard Brittain v Charlie Reams (Brittain to win)
Jon O'Neill v Hansford (O'Neill to win on a crucial)
Semis
Sudbery beats Green
Brittain beats O'Neill
Then I wouldn't give a hoot who wins the RB V CS final as they're my two favourite players.
