Does she have to do it every round?

I have a vague memory of games when she didn't do it every round. and then I think she thought that everyone laughing politely were people actually finding it funny (maybe she doesn't notice because she's too busy laughing herself), so decided it was an easy way to be amusing.

Going on about it makes me feel like Stuart Earl but it's hard to ignore when it happens eleven times a show. I actually like Jo Brand - her normal material is pretty funny, even her half-time slot is alright, but those comedy words really are tedious.

BANSAW two words?

edit: I now realise it's a bandsaw, not that I'd be familiar with manual labour, or something...

editedit: actually, let's pretend that I meant BANSAW all along, and it's a saw that you ban someone with - can I be paid £££ to sit in dictionary corner now please?

I want Mr Chemist to win as he really reminds me of someone I used to know. Surprised he missed SELENIDE for 8 though.

Don't think they mentioned it.

When the boy said he had INTAKE too, because he declared his word second, did Des check it?

For all you know Diana might win enough games to make a seed. Unfortunately though, it would put Matt out :(, so I can only hope that if she does make a seed it knocks out Tony instead

How about KENTIA as an anagram of INTAKE? And yes Jo Brand's anecdotes are annoying although I like her as an entertainer overall.

If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?
